@Lyra: I recently got brave enough to try this. I always thought they'd immediately stain and mildew and all that, but a friend of mine told me otherwise. As long as I wipe them off a bit and let them dry in open air they will be fine. So far so good! Ever since the first time I have been addicted to it.
