A: Because of this Lyra plushie, which got viral in and out of the fandom in 2012.

Q: Why was this website created?
A: The main purpose of having a booru for this type of content, is because Derpibooru does not seem very fond of this fetish. Besides that, most content was archived in a Mega.nz link that got bigger and bigger. It became quite hard to find stuff in here, so that's why I got the idea to make a booru site for it instead.
