09-12-23 - Updated the page regarding takedowns. Please check Reporting for more information.
12-04-23 - Fixed the performance issues and some bugs with searching tags and wiki pages. If you know how to setup a Philomena imageboard, please contact me at lyra@lyrabooru.org. The migration code for the existing site is almost done, but I can't figure out how to run Philomena in production.
10-04-23 - As you have probably already noticed, the site is often very slow and there's also constant problems with spam. I've been trying to migrate the site to something more modern for a while now (Philomena). If you have some time to help or advise on setting it up, please send me an email to lyra@lyrabooru.org. That way the website can hopefully continue to exist.
13-07-21 - Site registration is temporarily closed because we've been flooded with weird fake registrations.

That_purple_horse: @JaminPRose: two answers your questions first off a plushie will never be the same after doing this for the first time with them, however I do still clean them how I do it is: after I’m done doing this I might play with the plush for a little first but then I use a shower head to full pressure rinse the plushie after that I’ll actually soak the plush in warm water and wash them with some shampoo, after this I would gently squeeze them to release some of the water inside after that I’ll pat them dry with a towel, then they need to air dry for about another 12 hours if they are still wet after that I’ll put them in a pillowcase and the. Put them in the dryer on low until they are dry. They usually turn out good after this but I will say the hair usually gets a little messed up in this process. Hopefully this answers your question.
